Mao Qian was born in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang province, on June 13, 2006.
From September 2012 to July 2018, he studied in Dalian scenic primary school.
From September 2018 to now, he has been studying in Dalian 35 Middle School.
In May 2015, he started painting when he was 8 years old and won the special prize in the 4th « Magic Brush Cup » Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
In 2016, he participated in the 4th Youth World Cup Live Painting Competition and won the second prize.
In April 2019, his work « Flying » was selected in the abstract art exhibition. In August, his work « Falling » was selected into the Excellent Works Exhibition of Sino-French Contemporary Art Festival.
